I am kind of excited about this car as it is the first car I tuned at my new dyno facility - ICS

This car was a Stage II or III with stock fmic and cosworth cams on 93 octane pump gas

I really enjoyed being back on a dyno jet - this is the same one I have worked with several times at Top Speed in ATL and I ran it totally uncorrected

Its nice to have a even yard stick that "is what it is"

u had the same option at the Shop. but if customers started to see uncorrected numbers on the DD they would commit suicide!!!!

nice setup... do you have before and after?

Isn't SAE corrected more accurate though? I thought uncorrected numbers read higher.....

once again AL thanks for everything car pulls really strong!

my last tune was @ the shop -> 327whp @ 22psi (dyno dynamics) = bad gas & my a/f was alittle rich.

today AL did 2 baseline pulls before he retuned my car it made 310whp @ 22psi

so im guessing that ics dynojet reads lower compare to the shop's dyno dynamics

anyway with new plugs, good gas and better a/f ratio my final run = 340whp/339wtq (30whp more)

well it all depends what correction they were using on the DD. 1.10... 1.15... 1.17.... 1.175...

it doesn't matter now... you got a baseline and then after the cams and tune you gained 30whp which is pretty impressive...

your car must feel great... you have max power from almost 6000rpm until ~7200rpm when you stopped the pull...

No I just started tuning - if you like you are welcome to come down anytime for a free pull on the dyno jet to see how much power its pulling

Uncorected is the actual power

The corrections are designed to level out variations in air temps and pressure on the dyno power production

The problem is that most of the standard corrections were designed for normally aspirated cars

Using SAE made the numbers a bit higher - I just left it uncorected

Al, so the 30whp gains were from the Cosworth cams?
