He's not installing it or selling it to you that's on us. He's changing the ECU so it can use it effectively.
So you need to buy one and have it installed before hand. Nino's is selling them to $90 shipped, best price I've seen so far.
At least that's how I'm reading it.
here is my dilemma AL
i want to run 700cc injectors with the pump ,
so how can i get your FLash with the injectors
since i know i need to have them install before that but also they wouldnt idle on stock settings correct ???
Also i need a EBC ....hmm HKS EVC is a must hehe ...
I have other 2 peeps interest it on this set up as well...
some one is runing 264/272 and the other 272/272 with cam gears . dont know exactly what the cam gears are set at , and i have never set cam gears before so those 2 things are issues ...
can you help out ???

You're getting confused. He's saying IF you already have a mail in flash he will reflash you for free to include the necesary changes for the Walbro fuel pump which he is recommending you upgrade to.
