Dyno Flash Evo under knife at http://www.unorthodoxchassis.com/

Zach a/k/a goldenchld on this forum who works at http://www.unorthodoxchassis.com/ did me a major favor to get my evo into one of the top race chasssis shops in the USA for a Roll Bar right at the busiest time of the year - thanks Zach

I am also picking up some of the very lovely UR intercooler pipes while I am at it

I can't wait to finally be 100% NHRA legal when i hit the track again next week !

I was totally blown away when I went over there yesterday and saw the amazing bikes and whips they were working on - very impressive to say the least

I am going to talk toi Zach about posting some pictures of some of the stuff they have in there - its amazing work

I will at least get some pictures up of my job at the end of the week

Its only been one day and I am suffering Evoitis already !

Al, that's great your getting a roll bar and I'm anxious to see how it comes out (pics please), but as far as being NHRA legal, you have a lot more to do. I suspect you still have the 10-sec zone in sight so a "roll cage" will be necessary along with a drive shaft loop(s), window net (dated), 5 pt harness (dated), SFI approved flywheel, bell housing, and mid-plate, electrical cut off switch (external), just to name a few things. To say that you will be legal enough to run at a limited number of tracks, absolutely. Because a track is NHRA or IHRA sanctioned doesn't mean they follow all of the rules, just most. I'm not trying to rain on your parade, just wanted to point out how much equipment a person needs to become legal on the Dragstrip when running the numbers you do. Good luck in breaking in to the 10's.

cleaned and reopened. fair warning to all, this thread is about the roll cage and a review of UR products and service. this is NOT the place to talk trash about who is faster, what it takes to run 9's etc... the next person that start something or goes OT WILL get a warning and his post will be deleted. you have been warned!!!!

hey Al i found that problem with my car
after i took all my eletronics out( getting it ready to take to the dealer), i took the intake off and notice the honey comb thing missing. after i swap it out with marlon's the car drove fine.
