I will be picking up a new evo in the next few weeks (immediately after selling my car) and I am trying to figure out how I can make the most power relatively economically. I am planning on having all of the mods performed at one time to save money by only having to have a single dyno flash performed.

B&B 3" turbo back exhast- ~$1000
HKS EVC iv boost controller- already have from my last car
HKS 264 i/e cams- ~$650
ARP Headstuds- ~ $130
Drop in K&N- ~$80
Mail in dynoflash- ~$240 w/ shipping

I was planning on buying a UTEC for my tuning at first but I don't think I will be able to find anyone locally that I trust to tune it and I don't think it will be worth the extra $1,000 over the dyno flash. Are there any mods that you would perform instead of these or anything that I am forgetting? Do you think an upgraded fuel pump is necesarry with the listed parts? I am hoping this set up will be good for an easy 300whp on 93 octane for a reasonable price. Any input is appreciated. Also, I have a water injection kit lying around from my old car that I am thinking about hooking up too, any opinions on that? Thanks.
