1st Stock 2004 Evo RS dyno numbers - 236 whp 244 ft lbs

We find the RS is exactly the same as the regular 2003 Evo

236 whp and 244 ft lbs to the wheels which is similar to other 2003 Evos we have base lined

There is car to car variance and we have seen from 220 to 250 whp on stock evos

The RS seems to fall into the usual whp range

Interestingly this RS came with the a/c installed from the factory and not listed on thye window stocker and there was no charge to the customer for a/c

yeah when we all were checking out his car down here, we noticed that, the only major differences is no radio, power windows, its got that trunk bar, and no carpeting in the trunk, and of course no wing...

Did they punch in the new weight of the vehicle for dyno correction as compared to the normal weight of a non RS model?

Big DynoFlash Al and Pruven Performance are always pioneers in the game. Look at folks having release parties for the RS and such. They're here all ready and working hard to tune the first RS.

So Al has the knowhow to get the job done when other folks are just getting on the bandwagon.

Yes, it was on Pruven's dyno. No need for weight correction, etc. I'll scan in the dyno slip later today.
