First let me say - thank you to my loyal customers who have stood up to defend my business and reputation against the recent attack of negative posts and slanderous comments.

You do not know how much I appreciate the efforts that several of you have made graciously and without me asking for any help.

In life, if you have even one other willing to take a stand and speak up for you in such a time - this is truly a blessing. The fact that several of you have done so is really something I will not forget.

The events of the past few days are no doubt motivated by a select few who seek to destroy my business and intefear with my ability to interact here on these forums. I feel the have gone over the top with the relentless, repeated posting of the same complaints over and over. Frankly, its a most regretable situation.

At the same time, there is no doubt that much of the current situatuion was percipitated by my own obnoxious charater and braging ways. Those who know me well know that I am not acting in malice or anger. This is simply my style and manner. I grew up in NYC and abosrbed some fairly harsh ways with words along the way. Also - I used to spend a lot of time posting insults and talking trash about my car on the internet and how fast it is. I am sure I pissed off a lot of folks with these antics.

If anything, I have learned from this situation to try harder and work harder to more fully satisfy my loyal customers. Some have complained about my Customer Service skills and additude. I admit these areas are my weakness. Looking back at some of the complaints that have been voiced, I see valid issues with my actions and much room for improvement. I will strive to focus my efforts on a better job at Customer Relations.

If anyone has issue with their Dyno Flash - call me and we will make it right. I stand behind my product and service and will do what ever I can to make ALL my customers 100 % satisfied.

In the meantime - I have a big race to get ready for on September 11 at Raceway park and this idiotic posting flame attack is eating up too much of my time and really is taking hours just to read all the creative insulting posts. Also - I find the discussion very negative and toxic and counter productive.

Those who know me will know that my # 1 passion is Evo cars and working with them. This is the reason why I got into tuning Evos in the first place. I chose to leave my previous profession and become a full time Evo tuner becuase I totally enjoy the Evo and love to figure out how to make them run well. The dialouge on here has become less and less about Evos and more and more about argument and kaos and trying to tear down others. It seems that the posts with some dramatic attacks and insults get about 10 times the views and posts as posts that have to do with Evo cars and mods. We all share the same passion for these fine vehicles and seek similar goals. Hopefully we can work to make the www.evolutionm.net community a better place to exchange information on our cars and less of an attack ground. Right now I just don't have the time to spare a few hours each day to read all these posts and follow all this.

I am not going to be posting here or even reading this garbage posting that is going on over the next few days as I prepare for the big shootout on Saturday.

I am making this post for three reasons

1 - To say I am sorry for any of my customers who I have offended or let down in any way.

2 - To say that if you need to contact me in the next few days - dont post a mesaage here as I will not be following this till next week. I am changing the channel

3 - To say that anyone mailing in a ecu - I will be in the office all week this week and next week Mon - Wed
