Yea I agree. I have that chart as well and I did bring it up. He said currently it does not change mix. He said once more stations open in possible colder climates in California that might change. Most of California does not get below 40-50*

But really, all most of us need is a used fuel composition sensor from a junk yard (any car should be fine, they all seem to be sourced by Siemens) and a frequency to voltage converter hooked up to a Zeitronix WB or any other WB that takes user input.
Someone needs to make a converter making a sensor's 5v output that fluctuates between 50-150hz to represent ethanol content into a signal that would fluctuate between 0-5v that can be hooked up to ZT-2.

Got any electrical engineer friends? Or customers?

now makes gauges for use with flexfuel sensors that can be bought on ebay for the cheapest from what I gather. On a side note I retuned my car today and noticed the change in ethanol%..I had to lean it up some..Still makes the same power, slightly more but I am running insane timing advance to try to get the elusive 11.49ET

The ECA works with GM flex fuel sensor. It displays ethanol content and fuel temperature. Two analog outputs provide fuel temperature and E% for your favorite standalone. The ECA was very well received at the SEMA show.

 

Local Los Angeles station had E92 during peak summer temps and peak gas prices. They PROBABLY blended more E into E85 to cut down on cost.

We just debuted new Ethanol Content Analyzer at SEMA.
