This is a great pump setup here with the option to use stock or AN lines.

The assembly is not cheap. If for some reason you find it necessary to change out your housing, you might as well move to a twin pump setup.

This setup is superior to the Fullblown due to the twin feed from each pump.. The fullblown with its " T " design is not as smooth flowing as a " Y " design twin feed setup.. We are able to push the Buschur units much further than the FB units during our testing..

The point in replacing the housing was to change the filter. Changing a used housing for a used housing makes no sense.

The Fullblown twin pump kit is $399 compared to the competition's $500-525 and does not require a customer to box up and mail in their stock housing. If a customer wanted to go back to stock, they would have their stock single pump housing available in order to swap them back out and sell the twin pump setup.

Furthermore the Fullblown twin pump kit can be used with stock lines or aftermarket AN fittings.

The Fullblown twin pump kits have a purple anodizing finish that protects it from alcohol fuel corrosion.

It is a much cleaner look with both fuel pumps flow Y'd in the housing versus outside the housing with extra lines and hose barbs. If two fuel feeds combine into one, it doesn't matter whether they convene in the pump housing or a few inches down the line, they still end up in the same exact hose.

In the end it comes down to fit and finish, whether you want two hoses and a bunch of clamps and a Y fitting or not.

The customer can be the judge of quality.

Expect a review of the Full Blown setup from us shortly.

Is the 399 price tag with pumps??? The Buschur 500.00 Tag is with 2 pumps and filter kit.. Just FYI..

The Buschur Unit is proven to 700+hp and 9.0's... I have personally used the FB and run out of fuel long before 700hp.. Yes the machined housing is prettier but from our testing does not work as well as Buschur..

Is the $525 List Price with no core return?

Who needs a twin pump fuel system with with two walbros when there is already one in their car to start.

More things that make no sense.

I don't know anyone that wants to ship out their stock fuel pump housing so they can't go back to stock at a later time.

According to the site, there is a $150 core charge with the BR unit so its $650 compared to $484 with the 2nd pump included on a FullBlown unit to complement one's own single walbro already in the car.

$484 vs. $650 and the customer can be the judge on quality.

VS.

The Buschur double pumper is the better designed and functional unit, just give it a rest.

Regardless...E85 is perfectly fine to run in your Evo with whatever pump setup you end up with..it won't chew away your lines/pumps/tanks like a pack of termites.

Never said it was cheap, the point was/is, there is a OEM filter other than the sock, even if you didn't know of it.

On the stock fuel setup single pump where would be the best place to put an external Fuel filter?

You would need to modify the stock fuel assembly to get rid of the OEM internal fuel filter.

Most guys end up putting the external fuel filter under the hood for ease of replacement.
