2004 Evo 8 stock turbo 9.8 hot side with 880's, fuel pump, tbe, ic, licp, boost set at ~27psi, ported exhaust mani, head studs, 9 dv ...think that's it but hit 355whp/363wtq on a mustang dyno. On virtual dyno I gained around 72hp/46tq just from injectors e85 and tune. The only comparison I have on pump is virtual dyno since I never had it dyno'd on pump.

stock evo 8 turbo on e85 mid 11's 344 awhp.

before i made the switch to e85 i put down 295awhp on FFTEC mustang dyno 91pump gas stock turbo,,650inj, 255lph, 3" tbe, light flywheel and 25psi boost spike..ran 12.2@114mph. full interior..then last feb 2010 i switched to E85 with 1050cc injectors and retune .and 26/27psi boost...made 344awhp 349lbft same dyno. nothing eles changed..i ran a best of 11.665@120.7mph ..stock evo 8 turbo stock cams /internals...full interior..Now for 2011 ..got the ATP gt3076r also goin w 1250cc bluemax and gonna try out the DW300lph pump..also possibly some Kelford 272 cams..my goal this year is 10.9 @127mph..at a lil over 400awhp on FFTEC mustang dyno..so you will absolutely see 50awhp gain just with changing to E85 and a tune with a couple more psi..

I went from around 325/330 at 23 psi on 91 octane to 400/400 at 31.5 psi on e85. Mods are 3" catless tbe, hks intake, hks 272/272 cams, fic 1050's, walbro 255, megan exhaust manifold, turbo xs 3.5" FMIC, AMS lip, and Hallman mbc. Tuned by 4ws... I am still on the stock 10.5 hotside turbo and stock o2 housing My best time was a 12.4 at 112 with a toasted clutch in 105* temps with 90% humidity, 1.9 60', elevation was 2900 ft.

Mods in my signature. I am happy with the results with so few mods on 26 psi, even with the incredible heat during my tuning day.

My BS meter just pegged a 10.0.

Aaron, what's the scoop on this car? Can you confirm these numbers?

I dont know my power, but i had TBE, ETS IC kit, 1350cc injectos and tomei 264 cams. Peaked at about 26psi and I ran 11.9@115mph full weight, bald tires with a 1.7 60ft... not bad I guess. I was happy with it.

Thought I should go ahead and throw in my part for this thread since I'm running the stock 8 turbo on E85.

After Derek was tuning me at AWD Motorsports I got 375whp and 366lb/ft torque.

When I saw that I about sh*t a brick cause that means I'm now making over 400hp at the motor.
Considering stock this motor made 271hp on the motor or 230whp .. this 145whp gain was enough!

My mods are in the my sig.
