Illinois e85 Blend.

Anyone know when we will get the e85 blend again? I have a feeling its still on e70 right now.

some gas stations have e85 alraedy just need to test and depending were your located I know of a few that are e85. They also sell a gauge that measures Ethanol. Its just like a wideband

Ok, yeah Ive heard of a gauge zeitronix sells one...it's way over priced imo.

Ive seen some two step tester's around on the net, wonder if any local hardware stores carry them. I heard pepboys, not sure.

If you want to fish a sample of mix you have in the tank then a poo boy shake tube thingy works. You need a hose and a mint if you do not like taste of E-Whatever. Otherwise electronics come to play. And those Flex Fuel sensors and ECAs are not cheap. GM sets the price of Flex Fuel Sensors, and they need $$ to pay back your $.
