Definitely subbed for this! One reason I was shying away from running E myself was because of when i was out of the area. I would have to run a mixture like 50:50 with 93. A little more of a pain.
I suppose I could have a second map though..

Can you expand on your question? i.e what do you mean by the best app? What info are you looking to acquire from the app?

Personally I use an app called KeenDriver and its sole purpose is to locate e85 stations when I'm traveling.

Are you looking to locate stations, compare prices, read customer reviews etc?

Would be cool to see prices but i dont think they have out yet that has that. More so locate station, but the most up to date, the one i have does not even have the one station i fill up at by my house. I didnt know if anyone has one with the finding saying it has been tested and is e85 or e80 anything like that

I've been using Flex-Fuel Station Locator for a while. They've dropped the pricing in the stations since it varies daily and it relies on users to update, so pricing is not that accurate. It includes the address and the phone number, so you can easily call the station if needed.

For me the most important thing is simply a station locator. In terms of fuel prices, given the lack of availability if they sell it, I will buy it.

Not sure I'd trust people's findings in terms of ethanol content. I test the fuel each and every time I fill up. Most stations gets their tanks refilled every couple of days so the chance of content changing after a couple of days is certainly possible. Cool idea in theory but no way am I going to trust an unknown person with the life of my motor.
