Is there any one person who is the brains behind ECUFlash in terms of decoding and programing? Luckily, I'm getting my cable from Tuning Technologies who have an extra one for me.

 

It was a team effort between Colby @ Tactrix and J@Mynes that came up with the EcuFlash package. What is it that you're trying to find out?

 

Honestly? This product has made tuning and logging my car so easy, effective, and affordble that I just want to know who to thank. I hope my signature and results do a lot to promote the power of stock ecu tuning. I couldn't drag race today like I planned, but Alfred@Tuning Technologies and I think we are ready to drop well into the 10s at over 130mph. If we race my car at the upcoming TimeAttack at Buttonwillow in December, I'd like to run some EcuFlash stickers on the car. Of course, with the EcuFlash budget, I'll probably have to have the stickers made myself.

Congrats on the time... with a little more efforts, you'll be in the 10's really soon The whole EcuFlash project was not intended to be a big money-maker; even with the sale of the cables, it was meant to re-coup some of the R&D costs for the project. Being that it's a free-ware, the s/w is evolving as we speak.

If you like, we can send you some Mynes Stickers But as far as the EcuFlash sticker, i donno where to begin b/c we don't really have a design for it... maybe you can hit up Colby and see if he has anything drawn up?
