If someone can advise on how to rescale the load columns I would be glad to give it a try.........
It is.. But that value at 3000-4000rpm (1000-1200hz) is 30% higher than stock and way outside the 260% column..

I didn't realize it until 2 days ago either.. Completely overlooked that it was possible.. I know others have done that and had success.. My results were inconclusive due to the car I was testing it on..

Good news, map scaling solved my issues

Well,

Thanks to all who advised I should scale the load on the timing and fuel maps... worked like a champ.

So, I followed the ralliart method and removed two lower columns from each map and added a 280 and and 300 column. Results are great!! One interesting thing though, it seems the stock ecu was using timing values from outside the map more often than the runs were actually falling out side the map, hard to explain, but even though i only seemed to fall into the 280 column once in this run, the timing values were much more stable than pre scaling.

So without further delay here are the map shots and tonights log:

Is rescaling the columns as easy as just changing the # at the top? Sorry, I searched but didn't find a definative answer.

if that is the case, then I sure its already been addressed but, couldn't we add more resolution to the RPM range now?

FWIW - The load scaling is not the same between the timing and fuel maps. I am assuming you want HOT, LOT, HOF, and LOF to all use the same load scaling.

Edit: Nevermind. I just had it pointed out to me that the factory timing and fuel column labels are not the same.

Yes, The load columns between the fuel and timing maps are not the same.

In order to drop columns and two new ones, I looked for columns that were almost dead on interpolations between the lower and higher colums on either side of the ones i dropped. After plugging some numbers in the calculator (Cn + Cn+2) / 2 ~ Cn+1, I decided to drop columns 30 and 50 on the fuel map and 70 and 90 on the timing map.
