Can the idle be programmed into the tune?

Im wondering if the idle speed can be programmed into my tune. I want to keep my idle at around 950 ive turned the idle air screw it works for a little bit then the car settles back to 850-900. Then when i turn the ac on it wants to go to 850ish which is too low. Anyhow if anyone knows if you can program the idle that would be great thanks

There are several idle settings in the Ecuflash software, actually 8 total. It has settings for all of the AC on-off conditions as well as cold / hot etc.

Works great, on the Eflash I have the idle speed has been increased a little and it idles great.

I dont like the high 1100 rpm idle when eng is cold, have to change that. Would there be anything wrong with lowering the cold eng idle about 100 rpm less?
