Last chance to get EvoScan

I just want to give you guys a heads up that this is your last chance to get EvoScan for $15. On Friday the 14th, Evo4Mad will be raising the price to $35. So get it now while you still can for $15.

It used to say that you would get the source code, if you registered. Was this option removed? If so, i guess i'll ask

This project started under the guise of open source, and used openly available information, and then went to partially open only to registered users for a small fee of $15.

If the project is now closed source, with a price of $35, i guess i have issues with that, and I'll kindly wait till an open source version comes out. too bad i already gave up my $15.

I just paid the $15 through paypal and when it tried to redirect me to their site, it was a dead link. Is this legit or a scam?

I totally agree with you. I love when all this stuff is open source and free. I don’t mind paying the money but it is soo cool when the community creates stuff like this and shares it with everyone. However, with that said, it is still the cheapest logging option available right now.

I think they deserve way more than $35

I dont care about open source / closed source to me its like buying a screw driver or wrench - just another tool

It works good and is helpful so the creator should get paid - just my opinion

It was a great value at $15 and its still a great value at $35

I also thought that this would and should be open source - just like everything else on openecu.org, hence the name openecu. However, Evo4Mad has put a lot of time and effort into it, which is why it should be by donation only. That way, those who feel he should be paid can pay (or donate) and those who feel it should be open and free can get it free. Just my $.02. Above all though, it really is a great tool.
