umm i just bought a new laptop dyno and then i bought the ecuflash driver to reflash my car i was wondering if neone has done this on there own before... and if soo i want a lil input on how you did it...

Why did you buy EcuFlash???? It's a free download.

What is a laptop dyno?

If you search this forum you will see that there are lots of people who have tuned their own cars with EcuFlash.

Did you buy the tactix cable? You are going to need one of those too.

i can not get the ecuflasher to come up it wont intall... ne one now how to fix it.

 

I need some help.

I just got my Tactrix cable and downloaded EcuFlash 1.28.

It asked me if I wanted to open or save this file (EcuFlash 1.28)

I saved it to C:\Documents...\ecuflash_setup128.rar

I then tried to open the file and got this error message:
\ecuflash_setup128.rar is not a valid Win32 application

I then tried to connect the Tatrix to the car and my laptop and open the program and it still did not work. any help would be great.

 

a RAR file is a compressed file like a zip.. you need to extract it with a program such as Winrar.. once its extracted you can install it..
