This is my opinion:

1. The knock that your seeing could be the result of the powershifts that you are doing. But it only happened one time from the 1st to 2nd shift.

2. Since this is a dynoflash tune for CA 91 pump gas, then your car is probably running rich and is not taking advantage of the 100 octane gas. Do you have an AFR WBO2 meter? The NBO2 reads 0.93 v, but NBO2 are inaccurate.

3. Your only hitting -10-13* of timing @ redline to cutoff. I think a car with your mods should hit more than that. I hit 17-18 in the same area on my 8 o 93 octane gas with 11:1 AFR and no knock. But maybe the 9s are different from the 8s. On 100 octane you can afford to run stock timing

^ Thx man.

It looks like you have knock on your shifts, just like he said. And on that first shift where you experienced a knock event it looks like it kept knocking as boost built back up aggressivly, but never over 3 couts, which is safe.

So in all i would say your fine.

I wouldnt worry about the knock you are getting. I would question the low timing though.

I had my car tuned with my AFC and was getting 17* at 7000. I mixed 5 gallons of 110 and topped off the tank with 91 which comes out to about 98 oct. I did not retune the AFC and my timing jumped to 24* at 7000.

On my IX, the highest timing I got before or after tune was 13-14.

The IX runs much lower peak timing because of the higher cylinder pressures.

With AFC I was running 24* @ 7000. Still working my Ecuflash and I am at 17*@7000 and no knock. My AFR with the Ecuflash is buried at 10.0. I still have a lot of work to do on it.

What is your rev limiter set to? The knock sum seems to be ok except right at the one of the shift points (when it jumped to 6)...did you bounce off the limiter by any chance? (even though this seems doubtful since it looks from the log that you hit 7900+).
