1.6 bar = ~28psi, dial back your mbc if you were looking for 23psi.

I've seen both 14.5XX and 14.7XX, I think each is a sea-level standard at different temps, anyone know?

That timing will be helpfull in the lower gears if the car likes it on that octane and boost you might try to lower shift, the red limiter will be okay its just how you drive it.

Fred is correct. 14.7 = atmosphere, but 14.5psi = 1bar

1 bar = 14.5037738 pounds per square inch

1.6bar = 23.2psi
