EVOscan: TPS not registering...
I was using EVOscan tonite and it showed my TPS being 69-71% when I went WOT. What could be the cause?(Im thinking possibly a faulty TPS, but not sure).

what is the range of the tps? when you are sitting stationary idling, what does it say for TPS? and then floor it? the way you described the problem it just sounds like you aren't pressing the gas pedal all the way down.
if you are, then your TP sensor is most likely positioned improperly on the throttle body. adjust accordingly.

Normal value at idle should be 10-17% on most MUT loggers.. Most of the time we look at it as volts though.. I think .7 volts is the idles spec.. I think on my car it registers 100% at just over 3/4 throttle..
70% of the value of Evoscan and Mitsulogger is as a diagnostic tool, which means using it at idle, cruising around, you can pick up lots of valuable tuning data by doing that. Thats how most of us fine-tune our injectors since getting our trims "in check" ultimately allows our injectors to be scaled correctly. Plus drivability is 80% of what tuning is about...
Sounds like your TPS may need to be adjusted..

another possibility, check to make sure your throttle cable isnt loose, and make sure its hooked up on all the cable brackets, ( the one mounted on the front of the valve cover that it loops through). even if that dosent fix it its still a good thing to make sure your throttle cable isnt loose.

Yes. It is adjusted be loosening the two screws that fasten it to the TB. You rotate the sensor until the reading is within desired range...retighten the screws.
Checking the throttle cable adjustment is also a good idea as mentioned above in case it came loose and is not opening the throttle all the way.

I would make sure teh tactrix cable isn't the culprit (as well as evoscan version). You can use mine to test/verify if you like.
