Should the turbo spool up to max in evey gear? I notice that mine will create less pressure when going up through the gears from 1st thru 6th than say being in 4th and going WOT. From a stop 1st barely sees almost no boost, 2nd sees maybe 3psi, 3rd goes to 13psi, 4th goes to 16 psi, 5th sees 20 psi, and 6th goes to 22psi.

If in 4th gear and I go WOT it will spike to 24psi and taper off to 18psi by 7500 rpm.
