I read 21:1 until the temp needle begins to move, then it steadies at 14.7:1

Can someone confirm this as being normal?
I'm having this problem when its below 50*F. Cold start AFR goes 19 and swings to 15 and cycles back to 19. When its in the 40s I have to keep hitting the gas to keep the engine from dying. This lasts about 3 minutes, once engine starts warming up AFRs stabilize and idles fine. I do most inner city driving and trims LTFlo +4 LFTmid-8. Highway driving make trims go to ltflo +2. ltfmid -5

PTE680
injector scaling: 622

Latencies
4.69 3.888
7.03 2.136
9.38 1.440
11.72 1.056
14.06 0.792
16.41 0.624
18.68 0.480

I had lower scaling and latencies and ltflo +8 and ltfmid -12. There are no unmeterd air leaks and no boost leaks. I'm stumped.

I am not that high but after my LC1 heats up I am about 16.5-16.9 slowly dropping to 14.7 after about 5 seconds

I just increased my 14v to .812. It's going to be in the mid 30s tomorrow morning

Cold start improved cold start somewhat by adding more dead time to .812 at 14v. ltflo +3 ltfmid - 8 these PTE 680 are delphi style... its kind of strange that I have to scale them so much differently than what others have since I read that these flow like 650cc.

One a side note: I've noticed that the higher I scale the injectors the closer I get to my stock injector fuel map, but now IDC max are 84-85% instead 100+%.
