Is there a way to eliminate the rich spot I get at peak TQ/boost/load?

Right at around 3900 - 4000RPM where my car hits peak load and boost I get a rich spike in A:F of about 0.6 A:F.
It is a direct result from the IPW peak which supposedly results from my fuel map, but since the IPW is unresponsive to change in map values here, I'm thinking the airflow, load, and RPM by some mechanism overrides the map
Other than the fuel map itself I have tried the following parameter with no real success:

Other than the fuel map itself I have tried the following parameter with no real success:
- BE Enhancement
- Accel Enrichment
- And all the other stuff
Perhaps only way to get a solid A:F across would be to upgrade fuel supply/regulation/injection system. Then cut back the IPW to resulting increase of supply/psi.
I guess 26psi and 120whp over stock is pushing a walbro enhanced OEM fuel delivery system
