You have some issues between 3500 and 5700 rpms

I'm by no mean an expert but I would suggest dropping your timing a degree or two at peak torque around 3.5K to 3.8K.

Just based off the NB voltage its a little rich (for my tastes), but the thing that I cant quite understand is why the MAF clip is still about stock rpm. I realise load calc will be off with the use of different injectors even with the fuel trims being close, but Hz is Hz and I would have thought a bigger turbo would have moved more air lower in the rev range. I think a little more info is needed, but the csv logs are easy enough to read.

Your pushing your timing way to much throughout the ENTIRE Power band. Your way to aggressive. If you think your knocking now...wait until you go into 4th at WOT. Just highlight all the high load cells from 200-300 from 3500RPM-11000RPM and take everything down 3-4 Degrees.

At that load you are not 20psi.

The important column is the Knock Sum column. From what I can tell you have too much timing @ peak torque/boost. Your timing is set ~8* @ 3500 rpm and that is just too much. Your getting 6 counts of knock and that is pulling your timing 2*

wow...def. decrease the timing unless you want to decrease the boost...which i doubt you want to...
