I do.... but it does not log. It is an NGK. My afr is always around 10-11 at WOT. The only thing that puzzles me is the injectors are scaled to 513cc in ECU flash. That seems low to me for 880's Also look at how right the O2 sensor is at WOT .975

Nothing wrong with an NGK I run one since my PLX took a shicrap. Dude there is absolutely no way it could be anywhere nears it potential if the 880's are at 513 scaling.

Well I am scheduled for a tune at Fynetune May 5th with Scott. I am sure he will take care of it. The Injectors are scaled to 513CC which I was told is stock. The injectors are 880's so they are far off from stock. Only problem is the NGK can't log.... I did notice that the wideband will peg at 16 at idle sometimes and the car idles really bad. I have fixed the idle issue with some help but there is much more work to be done. The WB seems to be right on at WOT. I wish I could use it to log.... Am I losing power from low timing at WOT? EvoScan put me at around 363HP I know it's not very acurate... but it is a ballpark figure. I'm also going to throw 4 gallons of C16 into the mix and see how it goes on May 5th.

I would think you could tune bigger injectors with stock scaling, but the fuel map would look WAY off. The ECU should adjust pulse width based on the stock scaling, but there would really be much more fuel coming from the larger injector at the same pulse width. So, I would guess that the fuel map would look really lean because of this.

When he mentions the bad idle, I would assume that the tune didn't touch much of the closed loop area of the map and the larger injectors are really throwing off the stock AFRs there.

Am I close? I'm new at tuning and I'm going off of a basic understanding of the ECU controlled FIS. I'm also at work and can't view the logs he posted.

his afr map wot is all in teh 17's lol

whoever tuned his car just leaned everything out to compensate...

the low timing map and low fuel map is also an exact replica of the high maps. His knock sensor has also been played with.. the only reason its not knocking is he's running 8-9 timing across the whole board..

Yea someone mentioned that earlier as they stated his fuel trims were way off, which means that injectors are not scaled correctly. But he seems to be setup for a tuning appointment, hopefully that fixes him up.

It is a Billet Designs tune.

They obviously could not scale the injectors correctly.

I will likely start from a stock map when it gets tuned.

There is another evom vendor that used to tune larger injectors this way. Probably ends up throwing CEL codes over the STFT's being so messed up.

Yes, a P0172, and P0300. The sad part is I brought the car back to them a second time to make it idle better and they couldn't even fix that. Sad, sad, sad..... So if they couldn't fix that then that makes me think the rest of it is fawked too....

Yeah man, that is definitely some shady tuning. It seems like some of these "tuners" just try to learn the absolute basics. I hope nothing breaks before you get it all fixed.

Well it is very very low. It also dies when I push the clutch in fast and get on the brakes. TTP if you want to take a look at the map I will send it on over.
