It (his spike) held 347 for .1 seconds (.2 max), before it settled back down to what it had been before (314 and 317 respective).

Load Calc recorrected for the 750's (evoscan scaling matches my injector scaling in otherwords) and verified by my 3 bar, a Green wont see a spike like what you are expecting to see unless it is really really low rpm.

This was done earlier today, ambient conditions were 60*F air temps, 70* underhood, humidity is low for the coast, etc. Notice the difference between Load Calc and the 2byte both with the BR filter kit. I honestly can say between the hacked lid and the BR there was little if any effect to alter the MAF.

Hmmm, so basically i should ditch the intake and assume that the green wont spike? Ill just put my top scaling on load to 340 then and leave some resolution down low.

Thank you to all that responded!

Well, I am not suggesting to assume anything about what a Green will or will not do. However, this is with my MIVEC map that on a stock turbo makes full boost (well what I consider full boost, 25 psi) by 3200. Notice how the Green with said MIVEC makes the same amount about 1000 rpm higher. I am not saying to ditch the intake either, but I am suggesting there are better choices out there. I am only scaled out to 320 for street duty and 340 for race track. I probably dont actually need to be scaled to 340 at the track to be perfectly honest.

Since calculated load and 2-byte load are different. Which one do you use as gosple?

2 byte load is correct.

Are you saying the Green is spooling 1000 RPM later than the stock turbo or am I misunderstanding?

My FP green: using GM boost solenoid, evo 8.

On the dyno in 3rd: (logged by dyno map sensor)
22psi: 39XX rpm (20psi at 37XX rpm)
24psi: 43XX rpm (20psi at 37XX rpm)
26psi: 43xx rpm (20psi at 36XX rpm)

On the street in 3rd: (logged by zeitronix map sensor)
27.5psi: 4159 rpm (not sure when 20 hits, will check logs)

In 4th subtract a couple hundred rpm.

For comparison, a evo 9 with the same solenoid and stock turbo hits 22psi at 38XX on the same dyno in 3rd.

Razorlab.....

You are running 26psi on a green.... what is the highest load you see and what kind of timing are you aiming for around 7k?

jcsbanks,

Nah I had been messing around with the WGA preload and went a little too far. I turned it back out 1.5 turns and I am seeing 26psi only about 400 rpm late. If I get a chance I will log and post it up. Between switching to a Hi pressure actuator and then messing with it I dont have boost control down like I did with the stocker yet. I expect to see the same numbers that Bryan is getting within a few days.

What happens when your maps are only scaled to 260 but your 2-byte load goes above that (lets say 300)? Does the ECU just go with whatever was entered in the 260 column?

No it actually reduces timing beyond the max load column. I've even seen a strange anomaly where it will actually knock sometimes if brought beyond the max load, rescale the load columns, no more knock.
