If I were to set the last column at 340 so the cells would jump from 240 to 340 kinda like the rpm jump from 7500-11000 on the stock map...... would that cause any problems other than a somewhat block tune in the higher load cells?

Yes you could do that, but I would recommend rescaling the rom a bit better since it will prepare you for later mods as well.

My high end is all fairly close and conservative especially since I dont see those load unless on alchy and race gas. I simply don't like losing the lower rpm and partial throttle resolution as the car sees more of that than anything else.
