Mod pics, Evo 9

Just started to install some of the mods that i had sitting around the house and figured i'd take some pics on a rainy sunday...

I put in the HKS RS RELOADED intake, Hallman MBC, radio relocation kit, blacked out Mitsu emblems, got rid of the peter fuller mitsu license plate frame because i do not want to rep them in any way, shape, or form. It was the Worst buying experience i ever had.

I am still waiting on my tripple console pod to house my Defi gauges, but i still have my Link Control Unit II hooked up and ready to go. I will add those pics tomorrow to my defi thread.

My MBC is set at 23psi spike, tapering to 20psi by redline. This is a dramitic improvement over stock, which was 20psi tapering to 14psi by redline!

Was it just me, or was the Intake a PITA to install? I had to remove the intercooler piping, fan shroud and associated parts and even at that, there was still not much clearance. It cut me up pretty good, haha.

At least now you got some busted knuckles to show your friends...maybe you could juice up the story telling them how you had to pull out the engine in order to install the intake..lol

You dont have to touch the paint. The black diamonds are just overlays. You may have seen the red ones, as they are more popular, but i think black looks good. Heres the product i used....
