I plotted up your latest data. According to my calculator, TQ has definitely improved in the lower rpm range, but HP is just slightly improved. The Load and IDC both show that something funny is going on with load in the 3500-5500 rpm range. In my experience, boost mirrors the load curve, so I'm thinking that your boost is peaking, and then falling off to around 21 psi at 4500 rpm. If you can get that fixed up (still holding 23 psi at 4000-5000 rpm), you'll definitely be pushing 300+ ft-lbs of TQ at 3500-4000 rpm. Higher rpm is interesting. The AFR and timing are both very optimal. Load isn't very high though. I'm wondering if some MIVEC tweaking or more psi would get you cleanly past 300 WHP.

I used the same calculator that I used in my previous post, and when I compare to that, the gains are mainly in TQ.

Thanks everyone for your continued support.
The MIVEC in that log is not what I'm using now, I was experimenting with the 6000-7000 and I've smoothed that out so it doesn't dip so badly.
It's definitely smoother. I may try throwing my stock airbox on, right now I'm using a K&N Cone Filter

I currently have my Hallman Pro hooked up Turbo > Wastegate... after researching other peoples' results with MBC hookups, I'm going to try changing to BOV > Wastegate. It seems to be less taper and less spikey.
