I just changed out my stocker for an sc61 turbo with tial 44mm wastegate on a turbotrix manifold.. Before I would hit between 10-15psi and sounded like a race car ready to kill little children.. Now im lucky if I get 7psi .. Is this because of the lag issue with a bigger turbo? My 2step is set for 57xx .. Any input? Something I can change via ecuflash to adjust this? Thanks again!

 

don't worry about how much boost you build off the line. worry about how much power you're making. if you build the same amount of boost as the old turbo, you'll just be spinning.


edit: you can tweak your 2 step in ecuflash, but make sure you read the tutorial so you don't brick your ECU.

 

True .. never thought of that... I guess ill have to deal with the sound changing from a 9 sec 4 cyl drag car, to a Dodge caravan!!! haha
