#65 pill please add me too the list

I need two more guys. I just got off the phone with the machine shop and he told me that he has everything ready to commence production of the pills. All he needs from me are the number of pills needed. So far we have 13. We need two more to get the best possible price.

 

You can change mine to both a #65 AND #63 instead of just the #65 if that'll help. Plus I'm asking my friend with a white MR if he's interested.

Hey, BTW... how easy is the pill by the turbo to remove? I know that the one by the solenoid can be a PITA.

 

I'm the friend with the white MR, I am in, just not sure exatly which direction I want to go.

What is the maximum boost and tapering characteristics of the 65 vs the 63? From the posts thus far it appears that the 65 is good for 22-23PSI max with a taper down to 20PSI? So same max boost as the stock EBCS running 100% WGDC, BUT has better tapering characteristics (only tapers to 20 as opposed to 17 or so stock). And the 63 is good for 28PSI with a taper to 20PSI?

I want the ability to run 25PSI with race fuel and a taper to 20PSI. I would most likely run 22-23PSI on the street and taper to 20PSI or so. Which pill do I want?

So this is how WORKS did it . . .

 

The smaller the orifice in the pill the higher the boost you can run. The #65 pill will allow you to run higher boost than the #63 pill w/o maxing out the WGDC. Nuked maxed out his WGDC in order to spike to 28 psi. You can do that with the #65 pill and run lower WGDC numbers in your rom.

I was able to hit 21-22 psi and hold it all the way to redline with the #65 pill on 91 octane gas. With higher octane I am sure I can run more.

Should I add you to the list for a #65 pill?

 

Removing the hose assembly is a PITA. The best way to do it is from under the car, but you will have to remove the tray which is another PITA

I think we have the 15 pills that we need. I will call the shop on Monday (closed on Friday) and give him the go ahead and the number of 63 and 65 pills we need.
