Where that map starts to taper off into 28.8 and 26.4's and such you might end up cranking it up in the 160-220 range from 3500 to 4500. It was more a base starting point to help. I know with my Green it didnt need it, but a bigger compressor might. I have the Green about 20psi by 3750, and I think I can add in some timing to get some more out of it yet. I dont hit 25 right now till about 4750 I am far from done however.

The factory system has 30* in it, so opening it early builds pressure which helps spool.

I think that a 3037 (3076) should spool before 4300, but your definition and mine might differ. How much boost by 3000, 3500, and 4300? Is it full boost at 4300 or just starting to move at 4300? What A/R on the hotside if you happen to know. I am curious to know and then hear results to see if this helps or not.

JB
That was on a JDM RS

3000rpms - 5psi
3500rpms - 12psi
4000rpms - 20psi

AR is 0.63 on the hotside..

That map might have started off as a JDM RS MIVEC map, but it didnt look like one to me at that stage. I think I gather what you mean though, that the car was an RS.

Freakin blitz screwed up their new SBC i-color.
Damnit. Who knows how to read in hkpa? WTF JFC! I can't change it to psi and it doesn't do peak/hold automatically.

The car is running great right now. Thanks for the help guys. I've made some considerable changes but it was great to get a solid base to work from.

it does peak hold.. it doesn't do auto peak though..
hkpa= bar.. in the blitz..

you got to set the peak hold to display..its under functions..
use the grap function to see boost in relation to rpm.. that should be better than any peakhold

problem is you gotta reset them memory to read a new log..
press n hold the left button until it prompts you confirm clear.. rotate the knob to yes n press the knob

Yep. What a pain in the ***.
I have 2 SBC ID v3's. One in my EVO and one in my IS300.
It's tons easier to use.
