cant diagnose cel light?

ok people so my cel light wont go away and i cant diagnose it, iv tried with scantech, set it at JEFF protocall and it still says it cant detect the ecu???

on evoscan when i hit check dtc's it says barometric pressure sensor. however iv been told that evoscan is wrong in diagnostics ot something? bear in mind i have euro 260 evo which has had the pre cat removed so its obviously due to o2 removal or something.

please can someone help me get rid of it without a mechanical fix or even a way to confirm it is just the cel for the removal of the o2, im scared incase its something else?
