Can Ecuflash works on JDM EVO 8 MR?

Can someone help me, is ECUFLASH can work on this JDM EVO 8 MR with ECU serial number: MN 191140, E6T 34886 H?
Do I need to just buy the Tactrix OBD cable or I need something else to make Ecuflash work?
