can you use it to tune with out buying a wideband if so how do you know what your fuel is doing. my fuel trim never changes. my low is 100% mid is 78.9% and high is 50%. and the ecu load only goes to 160 max

While you do need a wideband to tune your WOT AFR, you can certainly dial in your fuel trims without one (mid and high should both be close to 100 in EvoScan). Do a search on here and you'll find step by step instructions on dialing them in. Good luck.
