FIC 750cc Injector Scaling/Latency?

If anyone using these could help me out I would really appreciate it. I'm having warm start issues which I'm pretty sure are due to incorrect injector scaling/latency but I guess I cant be sure unless I can compare it to different settings.

Thanks in advance.
