Hmm see now that Im here at work i have excel to open up my mitsulogger logs. I can actually make sense of them now except that i cant post them up. The log is so long i cant just take a screen shot because there of it at idle. That and why would i not have any fuel trims showing ? LOFT and such .
You will need to make sure you have the low mid and high trims box checked.
I know that sounds dumb but I know that I have forgot to double check some of those things too when I am logging my car.
I don't think that are selected by default.

What do you mean i said i did revert back to stock
The only thing i said i changed in the stock maps was the scaling and latency values to that of the PTE 1000cc Injector scaling in the Sticky Thread.
I was trying to be on the safe side with the Intake Manifold and TB being bigger I expected the car to run lean and i didnt want that on the first start up so i just changed it right off the bat.
And at idle the car is still running rich. Then once i give it gas it goes to lean.

Ahh ok other way around. So i should just have kept it stock in both areas and worked from there. Keep my stock scaling and change the latency's. I wish I could post up the mitsulogger log.
Well saturday im headed to Swift Motorsports with my g/f because she is getting her 1.8T Passat Dyno tuned and flashed with the Revo Software. Im just going to run a few questions by them and see what they think too.

Ohh Dustin seeing you have a good idea of the head ache i have here what do you guys up there charge for Dyno Tuning ? Or do you only offer e-flashes ? I havent looked into on the site at all I was just curious.
You NEED to source stock injectors, factory air box and remove the FPR and start from there. You will thank yourself later.
I don't see that really being necessary though. If the stock ROM is reverted back to, then it simply needs the correct scaling for the injectors, and then adjusting the latency will get the injectors scaled and running correctly. Once that is done, the tune can be adjusted using nj's "How to Tune and EVO" thread to the car specifically. I think if he goes back to the stock injectors and FPR, it would be time wasted only to put the bigger injectors back in, and have to rescale them and adjust the latencies accordingly.
I think first, you need to load up the stock ROM.
Then, put in the correct scaling for the injectors.
Next, adjust your latencies to the correct values, then tweak the latencies to get your fuel trims as close as possible to 100 at idle.
Once that is done, you will have a correctly running car with bigger injectors.
That is the route I personally would take.
Another post:
Sorry, i didn't see that you didn't know what size the injectors are..
Would this be a good way to find out what size they are, based on Fuel trims:
1. Put in stock map. Run the car, and watch a wideband. The injectors will likely be larger than stock, so your fuel trims should be pulling a lot of fuel.
2. Load in the next size injector scaling. Like say a 680 scaling, and watch a wideband at idle and see what the fuel trims are at now.
Keep doing this until you see the fuel trims starting to add fuel, then the last scaling you entered was what they most likely are. Then adjust addordingly.
This might work, but then again, it's been a "short" "really long" day at work today and my logic brain might be mush now.
