Can idle timing affect idle AFR?

I'm running 11 deg at idle, can this make it run hotter and lean out the mixture?

If this is the case then I have found the reason why my ecu keeps adding fuel at idle then has to take it back out at cruise.

I noticed that flashing does not reset the ECU in my 8. Clearing the codes does not either. I reset the ECU by disconnecting power for 15 minutes. Theres goto be a better way that this. I hate resetting the clock on the radio.

Anywho I lowered idle timing from 10 down to 8 so far so good ltlf lo did not start going positive.

It wants to maintaing AFR14.4 average
