Fuel preassure under load checked. Fuel pump swapped anyway.

They looked fine. There was slight difference in colouring on one cylinder but we later found valve leak on that one and fixed it.

 

Was the head deburred after it was machined - I sure as **** know the machinist wouldn't have done it. Was the problem there before you found the leaky valve?

The car is now fixed. IT seems it WAS some sort of fuel contamination that held for couple of tanks of fuel. But even after remap it won't make big power. Makes about 20bhp less then other Evos of similar spec.
