New logs with 2 btye load

so i took the logs of the requested parameters (including 2 byte load and JMP MAP)...took 3 and was doing a 4th when a police car pulled behind me lol...DAMN!!

from what i see the ECU is pullling a hell of a lot of timing! the car feels like its dead when WOT..

can my knock sensor be detecting noise other than knock?

i am totally confused here!

here are the three logs:logs 2.zip

from what i see the ECU can only pull timing to a low of 7* (that the lowest right?)

at least my coolant temp is constant!

no it can pull into the negatives. You probably just have a ton of timing there.

Start retarding timing and take more logs to see if knock decreases.

I know it has been said, but a WB02 is a valuable tool.

Dude your load is WAY messed up. It peaks at 215 and bounces up and down from there on.

Look at the stock timing profile, your hitting the correct stock timing cells for that load pattern.

Your MAF signal is either clipped, sensor needs cleaning, or there is a leak between the MAF and turbo. Your probably running lean too.

Do not drive car hard unless you get this fixed!

Or you can,

Put a tank of 110 octane fuel in the car and enjoy this malfunction

You suggest for him to blow up his car!

I presented what I said in the context of humor, as well as pointing out his load value is jacked up- the problem in the first place.

Ever had bear sausage? mmmm

Dude... chill out!! I was telling him he was doing fine as in he was on the right track for reaching out to get help on his car. The man was getting a little hesitant about what he was doing. Just needed a little reassurance.

My post to yours was also in the context of humor...

You eat bear and I kill you in fire...

I have no beef with you and think the internet sucks in show sarcasm and dry humor... have a beer on me...

it's never been tested?

Hold my beer, I'll be right back with a how-to thread...

Edit: Found it... http://www.vfaq.com/mods/ICtester.html

You will need a coupler that will fit your turbo inlet pipe. Be sure to open the TB when conducting the test to check for intake manifold leaks as well. Report back when completed...
