So just add
<table name="02 sensor (periphery 0)" category="Misc" address="faa" type="1D" level="1" scaling="Hex16"/>
<table name="Disable EGR/EVAP check (periphery 2)" category="Misc" address="fca" type="1D" level="1" scaling="Hex16"/>
right before the <rom> at the bottom right? I never added anything to the evo9base file before.

Hehehe...I just got done sending it actually. Well now you can take a look. If you havent ever added anything to the xml, how did you know that the voltage setting wasnt what it should be? J, I am off to the dentist..I forgot I had an appt. Talk to you after that.
The secondary filter is hardly ever used in comparison to the fuel pump filter and will last 10 times longer before you'd need to replace it. If you really want one they are only a few dollars from the dealer but generally won't be the cause when tracking down fuel delivery issues. The primary filter for the entire fuel system is the one on the fuel pump. If memory serves me, its for the return line setup or evap I think. Could be for hard cornering too perhaps.
