going into load based bost control, but need help

I am starting my load based boost control, things are going on a god way, but i have two things i cant figure out and trust me i have searched a lot.

one is, how do i log target load?

the other one is that my 2 byte load is off, it is on boost 60-70 over load calc and in the timing maps it goes into big negative timing on those cels which is not on my timing logs.

Mods are:

test pipe
injen intake and piping
new restrictorpill (max spike at 25psi) solved and aiming for 22 psi
fuel, timing and mivec are stok now.

here is my map tracer, for these log and the high octane 2 table, the timing numbers just dont match for a long shot so i cna guess my 2byte load has a problem.

Of course, that's why we have this sentence in our description of it on our site: "**ECU boost tables must be calibrated for this boost assembly. Not doing so can cause overboost and possible engine damage."

It's not just a plug and play part, it needs to be tuned for it. Looks like you have it working well now though.

If you want to post your boost tables or send me your current ROM, I can take a look at them if you want.

Not sure if it makes a difference to ecuflash but your address is in hex and your scaling is in uint16.

edit: Nevermind, I just noticed you entered uint values into those two tables.

well I would trust 2byte load over load calc.

if you are hitting 25psi then that would put you in the region of 290load.. Bryan can confirm thou.

The injen intake messes with the MAF so...

However it's odd that it's not running the 2byte load timing.

It looks closer to the calc load. 2* at 3500 would be about 235 ish load (which sounds about right for 21-22psi) according to that ign map. 15* at 7k would be about 190-195 load in that ign map.

mexevo, can you attach your evoscan log?

Also, which # ign map is that, or are all 3 of your ign maps set the same?

i hit 25 on my first tests of the setup, but not on these logs, in these logs i hit a 23-22 spike and then is on the 20-19.

The diference in load betwin 2 byte and load calc is there since the car was bone-stok let me find an old log with stok car and the timing it hits its 40 load under 2 byte, but litle over load calc
