Quick engine load cell question

When changing the afr map or ignition timing in ecuflash do you pick the load the loadcalc reads or the next higher one(276 choose load cell 260 or 280). I can't get the map tracer to work and under boost i hit load cells from 234 to 309.

A value of 276 would reference both the 260 and 280 cells, with a bias toward the 280. Adjusting the 280 cell would have a greater effect on the logged value than the 260 cell.

Okay so to be safe change both load cells by 1 degree for every 3 counts of knock? Also is it normal to have such a high load cell count(i.e. 309 at 3500-3800rpm) with basic bolt-ons and cams? My boost is only 1.4hg/cm2 peak

I spike to 305 or so with just exhaust mods and boost control, so it's normal as long as it's not holding there. I run about 255-260 at 24 psi and hold there for a while.
