Shameless EvoScan Gauge Layout

This is pretty basic, but I figure why not share with you guys.

I used my actual Stewart Warner gauges as inspiration for these. If anyone has custom requests I'd be happy to make changes and send you a custom layout.

This was designed in EvoScan 0.99, but should work in all new versions as well.

Download

Instructions: Extract to the EvoScan folder, it won't overwrite anything existing. You will have to change the GaugeMin and GaugeMax values in your Data.xml so these gauges don't look stupid. If one or more gauges don't work, you can re-create the Layout by loading the Template as a widget and re-mapping the gauges to your logged values, and then saving the layout.

Hint: Right click each gauge and map it to a data log item.

Smile more info please

Could you make nice Ralliart replica versions so that they look as close to oem IX interior as possible with maybe a carbon fibre background? Also can you get oil pressure and oil temp and vary the locations as mine is right hand drive and also i have ecutek so would this work and what would i need? Presumable a mini in dash in computer in the double din unit to run the gauges like a Nissian Skyline.

cheers all help would be appreciated.

Well its gotta look business aint it

yeah i've just been thinking i need some gauges and for the price of 4nr defi's and the daisy link kit i'd be saving money by having a computer in the dash and have loads more benefits like hard wiring covert bullet cams in bumpers for track days at the Nurburgring and maybe internet ect...

A couple of questions though has anybody got any pictures of the finish article installed?

Do you see the windows template whilst viewing the gauges?

Are these guages real time?

And if evoscan doesn't support oil pressure and temp can we get a module set up to gather this info for a display on the template?

Would i be able to read the date via evo scan and keep my ecutek map in the car?

cheers guys

You can re-size the widget before adding it to the desktop. If you want it to be full screen, you can make it full screen.

Yes, real time, or via playback of an old log. Oil psi and Temp would require buying sending units for both, installing them, and tapping into the factory ECU via an ADC input and then making the appropriate changes in EvoScan. Perhaps someone else who's done the wideband input mod or IAT sensor mod can chime in on this.
