hesitation during pulls
Not to bring up old news but I had almost the same problem and as some have already said spark gap is critical. I put in new plugs gapped to .025 and the issue still occured. I closed the gap to .022 and voila! problem solved. One other thing I did was to put dielectric grease in all the electrical connectors too. Needless to say the car runs like a champ now.

yes i agree i checked my gap it was set to .024 i set it to .022 and no more prob, i did this after a friend of mine who tunes his DSM looked at my tune and basically said "your tune looks good its smooth, so now youve ruled out the tune...so it must be purely machanical"....then i checked gap and poof problem solved, thanks for all your help guys
