Mods are:K&N cone, TBE w/ test, MBC.

Right so take the 10s and low11s to high 11s or low 12s for the A/F, correct?

How can I add more timing if I see 1 and 2 knocks (line 33 to 41) with timing at 4, 3 and 2?

make your timings gradually stepping up starting from 2-3 timings around 3000 rpm. Your timing map from the begin can affect the knock sums as well. Your AF is also on the rich side like 4WS Tuning mention. Usually high 11s or low 12s when starting to boost, 11.1-11.4 at peak and try to maintain it from there. I prefered a little richer up top starting from around 7200 rpms.

My 05 MR has similar mods like you except K&N drop-in instead of cone.

Not enough timing midrange. Fuel map needs some work too.

set the boost to 21-23 pounds est... Still dont know your mods..

Shoot for a solid 11.5-11.6 afr

The add timing until youre not making enough power to benefit the addition timing..

Thats tuning in 3 steps....

timing should progress with engine speed ie 2,3,4,6 not 3,2,2,4,3, a good number to start with is right around peak boost (22psi) set timing to 2-3* and progress to around 11-12* @ redline. that should get you going for now.
