Tuned 2 Evos today
I don't get a chance to tune many evo's at our shop, since in this area its just me and 2 other guys with evos. I mostly tune Subarus and anything that has an Emanage on it. Fortunately I did have 2 really awesome guys drive down an hour to see what I could do for them and have some fun in the process.
The first car is an 03 with intake, UICP, wlabro 255 and turbo back exhaust and megan o2 housing. I was worried that the intake was screwing with the MAF, but after checking trims, it seemed to be pretty spot on. He had an MBC ready to go in, but I wanted to see what the stock BCS would do and he was happy with it. The graphs show afr, boost, whp and wtq as it came on the rollers and as it went off the rollers:

This next car was also an 03 with intake, UICP, brian crower cams, walbro 255, megan exhaust manifold, megan o2 housing, turbo back exhaust. His stock BCS was not doing to well, as seen in the firts boost graph, so we put in a MBC and all was well:

After tuning so many subarus, I had forgotten how easy tuning an evo is.
