I think it is coming from the #4 injector.... or at least very close to it. Whenever I flash the car I hear a series of clicks from the injector. The clicks are very very fast and only last a short amount of time. (about 6 or 7 clicks in a second) This also happens when I connect and disconnect the crank position sensor with the ignition on. I am also getting misfire codes. Does this mean the injector is bad? I checked the resistence of the injectors and they are within spec.

yep, perfectly normal.
It's actually your ECU that you hear clicking.
If you didnt hear that clicking, you know you have a problem with the Flash you are trying to put on the car..

 

It is not the ECU that is clicking. I am familiar with the little thud that can be heard from inside the cabin. I hear this with my head about 6 inches away from the injector.
