stock cold start rpm is too high

stock cold start rpm is too high

can i lower the cold start rpm with ecuflash?
its just that first few secs of 2000rpm i don't like.
1500-1600 would be plenty
?

Yup, just change the RPM that corresponds to that temp in the desired Idle RPM table.

i did a search but did not find any other thread concerned with this issue!
2000rpm bugs the hell out of me ?????

i was thinking that but dam if you have a loud exhaust too
plus no other car has too!

Oil & coolant temp; oil pressure is not created by the pump, pump provides flow, restriction causes pressure. Oil pressure is up to par within the first 5seconds (if not sooner) of running the car.

It's done to get the cat convertor up to temperature as quick as possible for emissions compliance.
