BUT if i going huge ign (~20 to redline) car stil reduce ign, bit it's goes great and when it retard ign it slows....

I do not think the timing is too high. My edm evo VIII - less mods than you have - runs 15deg at 1.3bar at 6000rpm with 11.3 afr - on regular 98okt (european RON). Although now I have to admit that during these high temperatures (around 30 deg C) - I get some knock occasionally. So now I am decreasing timing for this "summer" map.
Do you have a log with MAP and measured wideband visible through some range of RPM? Is it just getting knock above 6000rpm?

11psi and 249 2byte load at 6,000 rpm (according to that log you posted) doesn't add up.
Seems weird to me as well - that is why I asked for the MAP and AFR values - as part of the log - as I am not sure how these have been measured - and how they behave during the pull.
Your running a loads more timing than I am even in the lower cells, and your log shows 10 deg advance at 6K with a 250 load. You might have another problem but try a more convervstive map to start with.
