mods on evo 8 mr : 3"exh, 272/264 cams with hi lift, ams ic, avc-r, presicion 880 inj, evo 9 20g turbo
after long tuning this injectors i have next numbers

problem : i have huge knock retard(10-15 sometimes 20+ degrees )

afr i sabout 10.9-11.2 and VERY low ign timing, sometimes have knock voltage 2.0v+, but sometimes when knock voltage is normal knock retard stil big, and sometimes when knock voltage 2.0v+ ecu doesnt retard ign....
i cant understand why ecu retard ign...(((

 

What are you using to log? Evoscan? What is the actual knock sum and not knock voltage?

What spark plugs are you running? Perhaps you are too lean on boost ramp up, causing knock.... (low rpm, rising load, timing will be high-like 30 degrees). Have you checked your MAF? They get dirty, dirtier-than-**** w/ the stock turbo.
Your load may be off in those places causing high timing... causing knock.

and about lean on boost... afr is rich in all rpm... 10.7-10.9

 

OK. So if you KnockSum=Knockretard - then by getting 10 knock sum you really retard around 3-4* on timing.

Post your ign map and may be some log (TPS, RPM, Load, WB, KnockSum, MAP, IgnitionTiming)

You look to be running the timing quite high above 6000 RPM, try reducing it in the area were you get knock.
